After completion, participants will be able to better estimate the individual needs and strengths of individuals and, on that basis, motivate them toward work performance, use the principles of effective motivation for performance and stability, which are a guarantee of company prosperity and a competitive advantage in the area of human resources, use their strengths and leadership style, and conduct motivational interviews with different types of employees. Each participant has training materials of approximately 30 pages on the training topics available and, after completing the training, receives a Certificate of Course Completion.
