The Leadership II - Emotional Intelligence of a Leader course is intended for leaders at various levels of management who want to improve their potential and, through self-development, increase the development of subordinates and entire work teams. The course is intended for managers who are aware that professional competencies are not all-powerful. Many times our success depends on how we can work with our own thoughts, feelings and the effect of our actions on the feelings and actions of our colleagues or subordinates. An interactive training program that is based on a natural way of communication, founded on a human approach to another person - through our emotional intelligence (EQ). Emotional intelligence is defined as the ability to recognize our own feelings and the feelings of other people, which allows us to be motivated and manage our feelings as well as feelings related to our relationships (D. Goleman). Thanks to sensitivity toward ourselves and others, we can communicate with people more effectively and better manage and direct the process of change. Another benefit is gaining the natural authority of a leader who does not feel threatened by subordinates, is predictable - easy to work for, and is considered a fair and trustworthy leader. Such behavior and approach strengthens in subordinates the effort to find their own decisions and solutions, their increased willingness, motivation, conceptual perception, more effective use of potential and many other benefits on their way to the defined goal. Each participant will receive study materials of approximately 30 pages on the training topics and after completing the education receives a Certificate of Course Completion.
