Knowledge Guarantee for IT Courses
It is understandable that not everyone remembers and masters a topic the first time. That is why we offer the Knowledge Guarantee, giving participants 1-year access to video recordings from the training they completed.
Conditions of use
When you can use the Knowledge Guarantee
Below you will find all conditions in a clear form so you can quickly see whether the Knowledge Guarantee applies to your course.
The Knowledge Guarantee is a benefit connected to a completed training course. The participant receives access to video recordings from the course they attended for 12 months.
If access needs to be verified or restored, contact the training centre by email and include the date of the completed course. For company clients, write from a company email address or domain, or include the invoice number. We reserve the right to request documents confirming course attendance and identity.
The Knowledge Guarantee is not provided for courses funded by Labour Offices, courses removed from the offer, tailor-made courses or individual consultations. It also does not apply to summer camps.
The recordings serve to review and reinforce the covered material. Their scope corresponds to the content of the course the participant completed.
Access to recordings is provided for one year from completing the original course. Any extension after this period may be assessed individually.
Study materials are not issued repeatedly under the Knowledge Guarantee. The participant uses materials received during the completed training.
The Knowledge Guarantee does not apply to repeating a certification exam, for example after an unsuccessful exam attempt. It is possible to purchase another exam voucher.
Video recordings are intended for the participant of the completed course. Access is tied to the training attendance and does not replace a separate course order for another participant.
How does recording access work?

After you contact the training centre, we verify attendance and whether the conditions for access to recordings are met.
We prepare or restore access and send the participant instructions for using the video recordings from the completed course.

The Knowledge Guarantee is a benefit for reviewing course content through video recordings. It does not apply to repeating certification exams and is not valid for summer camps, individual consultations, Labour Office-funded courses or courses removed from the offer.
