1. Course registration
You can register for a course, training or seminar in writing by email, through the website, or personally at the branch. Registrations are binding.
We confirm every accepted registration by email and send payment instructions. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us.
2. Payment terms
2a. Standard courses: the course fee must be paid no later than five (5) days before the course starts by bank transfer or in cash at the course venue. Late payment may result in the place being assigned to another participant.
2b. SUPER DISCOUNT courses: the course fee must be paid no later than the date stated during registration. After that date, the participant loses entitlement to the discount.
3. Cancellation terms
Cancellation is accepted only in writing.
For standard courses, cancellation delivered at least 15 working days before the course starts is free of charge. If payment has already been made, it will be refunded in full or moved to an alternative date by agreement.
For standard courses, cancellation delivered 4 to 14 working days before the course starts is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the price.
Later cancellation or non-attendance is subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the price.
For SUPER DISCOUNT courses, cancellation delivered at least 30 working days before the course starts is free of charge and the payment is refunded in full.
For SUPER DISCOUNT courses, cancellation delivered 29 to 14 working days before the course starts is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the price.
Later cancellation or non-attendance is subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the price. If a registered participant cannot attend, they may send a substitute participant.
4. Changes to course dates
A date change can be accepted only in writing. If a participant changes the date of a SUPER DISCOUNT course, the participant pays the difference up to the full course price according to the valid price list. If the difference is not paid, the participation is treated as cancelled and the cancellation fee under point 3b applies.
Macrosoft, s.r.o. reserves the right to move a course, training or seminar to another date or venue. Registered participants will be informed in time. If the change does not suit the participant, the payment will be refunded in full.
5. Miscellaneous
The course price includes refreshments such as coffee, tea and mineral water.
Every participant receives a certificate after completing the course. Standard courses are all courses that do not use the SUPER DISCOUNT.

6. Personal Data Protection
The website macrosoft.sk is operated by Macrosoft, s.r.o., Stefanikova 47, 811 04 Bratislava. The operator is responsible for personal data processing under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Training participants must not make audio or video recordings of the training, even for personal use, in order to protect personal data and personal integrity of present persons. This does not apply to taking a photo of training material, for example a diagram on a board, with the lecturer’s prior consent.
Processed personal data may include name, title, address, postal code, city, email, phone contact, company ID, VAT ID and bank account number where needed for contract fulfilment, accounting, communication, newsletters or course reviews.
The data subject may withdraw consent at any time and exercise rights under GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection and filing a complaint with the supervisory authority.
