The Constructive Problem Solving and Conflict Management training is intended for organizations where conflicts persist or dispute resolution is not effective and which are interested in solving problems in a constructive and productive way. The aim of the training is to acquire skills for solving personal and work problems. By understanding how conflicts arise, it is possible to achieve a change in attitude toward them. Conflict is a clash of opinions in which requirements, intentions, desires, efforts, interests, needs, opinions and values are confronted. A clash and struggle occur when the behavior of one participant prevents the other person from asserting their requirements or when their value orientation is significantly different. This seminar is focused on gaining essential knowledge and skills for successful resolution of conflicts and stressful situations in practice.

- Behavior of opposing parties. Options for quick conflict resolution. Suitable approaches to resolving conflict. Ways of responding to conflicts. Managing anger, aggression, pressure and manipulation in conflict.

- How can suitable communication contribute to improving interpersonal relationships in organizations?
Conflict Resolution - Problem-Solving Options
- Constructively from problems to their solutions - options for solving problems in any sphere through mediation and coaching, alternative methods of dispute resolution (mediation, facilitation) and their possibilities of use in practice. By completing the Constructive Problem Solving and Conflict Management training, you will acquire the necessary communication skills and new approaches that will help constructive problem solving in any life situation, you will be able to resolve disputes that arose on the basis of a legal or contractual relationship, you will learn to solve work problems constructively and productively, you will become familiar with alternative methods of dispute resolution in an organization, also toward the external environment, you will learn in which situations mediation is more suitable and effective and what legal requirements a mediation agreement must contain, you will learn in which cases you will need a mediation clause and what it guarantees you. After completing the course, you will gain knowledge of the principles of assertive communication, guidance on how to develop your personal prerequisites in communication using assertive skills, the opportunity to learn to modify your behavior when resolving conflict situations. You will enrich your knowledge of the principles of assertive communication. You will learn to use assertive techniques for managing and constructively resolving conflicts. Each participant will receive study materials of approximately 30 pages on the training topics and after completing the education receives a Certificate of Course Completion.
