An interactive training program that is based on a natural way of communication, based on a human approach to another person - through our emotional intelligence (EQ). Emotional intelligence is defined as "the ability to recognize our own feelings and the feelings of other people, which allows us to be motivated, manage our feelings and feelings concerning our relationships" (D. Goleman) With this expression of sensitivity to ourselves and others, we can communicate with people more effectively, and we manage and control the process of change better. Another benefit is acquiring the natural authority of a leader who does not feel threatened by their subordinates, is predictable - easy to work for, and is considered a fair and trustworthy leader. Such behavior and approach strengthens in subordinates the effort to find their own decisions and solutions, their increased willingness, motivation, conceptual perception, more effective use of potential and many other benefits on their path to the set goal. Each participant receives study materials of about 30 pages on the training topics and after completing the education receives a Certificate of course completion.
