The Leadership I. - Development of Leader Skills course is intended for managers and leaders at all levels of management. Its aim is to acquire techniques and tools that a leader applies in practice. It will teach you to influence not only work results but also employees, maintain a non-instructive way of leading people, a non-evaluative neutral attitude and emotional balance when solving work problems, set achievable goals, motivate, support and delegate.
Minimum input knowledge
No specific entry knowledge is assumed.

By completing the training, you will be able to involve your colleagues in creative work for the purpose of achieving the organization's goals. You will learn to communicate clearly and constructively, plan action steps and delegate, motivate or find creative solutions to work problems. You will learn ways to strengthen relationships in the workplace and contribute to creating a positive organizational climate. Each participant will receive study materials of approximately 30 pages on the training topics and after completing the education receives a Certificate of Course Completion.
