The aim of the Teamwork - Leading People in a Team training is to acquaint participants with various factors that influence team effectiveness, enable them to look at themselves as a team leader, recognize and develop their prerequisites for becoming an effective team leader, identify opportunities for developing the relevant skills and find ways to use them in practice.

The participant can work with factors that influence team effectiveness, can look at themselves as a team leader, compare their prerequisites for effective leadership, can accept others with an understanding of their personality type; they realize that assertive behavior will help manage even the most serious conflict situations. Each participant receives training materials of approximately 30 pages on the training topics and, after completing the training, receives a Certificate of Course Completion.
