The training is intended for project managers, coordinators, team leaders and Microsoft 365 users who want to: use advanced Planner Premium tools for project management, connect Planner with Power BI, Power Automate and Teams, plan tasks, resources and time links at project level, evaluate team performance and monitor project progress using modern dashboards.
Minimum input knowledge
Completed basic Planner training or knowledge of working with MS 365 (Teams, Outlook, To Do), or experience with MS Project

Day 1 - Advanced Planning and Connections
- Development overview: from MS Project -> Planner -> Planner Premium Dependencies between tasks and links Creating a timeline and Gantt chart Working with milestones and priorities Managing multiple plans and connections between them Setting correct permissions and sharing
Day 2 - Automation, Reporting and Portfolio Management
- Management of resources, capacities and workload Process automation through Power Automate Reporting and analyses in Power BI (import of data from Planner) Connection Planner Premium -> Project for the Web -> Roadmap Best practices for PMO and governance in Microsoft 365
