Course overview
The aim of the Presentation Skills training is to teach you how to prepare a presentation for a specific situation, how to deliver information as effectively as possible and, above all, how to improve your presentation abilities. You will gain several useful tips and tools for actively managing audience attention, handling crisis situations during presentation and also during discussion.

No specific input knowledge is assumed.
Output knowledge
After completing the course, you will gain knowledge of the principles of presenting and the elements of presentations, you will be able to analyze and formulate the goals, structure and content of a presentation, you will learn to recognize the needs and preferences of listeners - adapt the form and content of the presentation to its goal, you will learn to respond to listeners' questions, argue and keep listeners' attention even in demanding situations, you will be able to handle stage fright and stress more effectively and increase your confidence and self-confidence. Each participant receives training materials of approximately 30 pages on the training topics and, after completing the training, receives a Certificate of Course Completion.

Course overview
The primary goal of the training is to provide you with a detailed overview of the presentation preparation process and practice of presentation delivery with emphasis on its most important principles. The result of the training is primarily your ability to prepare and deliver successful speeches in front of an audience or business partner. An important benefit of the activity is also your better coping with stress and stage fright during appearances in front of an audience. The training contains 60% practical activities. On the second day of the training, participants exclusively present with feedback from the lecturer.

- Preparation before the presentation: Identification of listeners, defining the audience Choice of approaches to the audience Principles of human perception of information Setting the goal of the presentation How to prepare the CONTENT and SYLLABUS of the presentation
Presentation and Presenting:
- Opening How to make the best positive first impression? Message - methods of persuasive communication in a nutshell: verbally how do you adapt your speech to listeners? non-verbally use of visualization tools Proof: statistics, examples, analogies, testimonials, demonstrations How do references work?
Presentation Conclusion:
- Summarization and amplification of effect About impression once again: this time about the last one How to call participants to action? How to motivate participants toward the required behavior?

The Lecturer and Presentation Skills training consists of the courses: Internal Lecturer Course Presentation Skills in Practice The course is intended for future or already active lecturers, instructors, trainers and presenters who are entrusted with organizing or leading educational and presentation activities. We will present to you the principles of preparation, implementation and evaluation of educational and presentation events. We will explain how to prepare a presentation for a specific situation, how to pass on information as effectively as possible and, above all, how to improve your presentation abilities. The aim of presentation skills training is to provide you with a detailed overview of the presentation preparation process and practice of presentation delivery. The result of the training will be your ability to prepare and deliver successful speeches in front of an audience. A strong output for you will be direct experience with leading training, which you will try directly and under the supervision of an experienced lecturer with many years of practice. Pedagogical education is not required to complete the training, and after completing it you will receive a certificate.

You will understand the principles of methodological preparation of trainings and presentations according to the type of listeners and focus. You will learn to support your speech with many functional elements and visualization tools. You will acquire the principles of effective and engaging expression that will enable you to manage audience attention. A substantial source of experience for you will be the experience of practical lecturing and feedback from the lecturer and participants. We will pass on to you many practical pieces of advice and recommendations that we have successfully used in our teaching methods for several years.
